Registration Notices
1. A discount of 50% registration fee is applicable for any additional abstract(s) or full length paper(s) submitted by one participant;
2. Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors, and a valid certificate from their departments should be provided;
3. The registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE Accommodation fee, Transportation fee, visa application fee and Paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals;
4. Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact nme@nmeconf.org for details).

Payment Methods
Please login to the paper submission system to register with a paper ID. For listeners, please contact us to generate an ID for you.

Bank Transfers
Please contact nme@nmeconf.org for banking details.
The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money and bank charges are the responsibility of the attendees.

Cancellation Policy
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.

  •Before 50 days of the conference: Full Refund
  •Between 50-7 days of Conference: 50% of payment Refund
  •Within 7 days of Conference: No Refund

All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
